My entry for GBJam 11. Made in 10 days from 15/09/2023 to 25/09/2023.
Knock enemy planets into the dotted circle to catch them in your gravity. The more damaged they are, the easier they are to catch. Collect 6 planets and your adventure will be complete!

I decided to interpret the theme as Capital S Space.
Planets and stars and all.
Because Space. Is. Cool.
Inspiration for the game came from the monster catching genre of Gameboy and Gameboy Color games. The vibe of Pokemon and the mechanics of Metal Walker get special mention.

This is my first game jam, and technically my first actual game, so I hope you enjoy playing Planet Catcha.

Downloadable versions are the same build as the web version, but not thoroughly tested. YMMV
